Genie Cleaning Services have been completing the daily cleaning, and deep cleans in the holidays for us since July 2018. Genie Cleaning Services are currently the main contractor for our School.  We are a split site, 3 form entry school, with a Nursery and a SEN base.

Genie have high standards of work in line with the school’s expectations. They also have a great management structure in terms of we know who we can contact if there are any issues or more likely, extra cleaning!

Nothing is too much trouble for Genie in terms of ad hoc requests, from deep cleaning a classroom at short notice to amending the timings to accommodate Governors meetings.

We have held a contract with Genie Cleaning for over 3 years.   Genie tendered for the contract when Birmingham City Council was withdrawing the service CityServe provided.  The transition was smooth when Genie took over the existing cleaning team and we have been impressed with the service they have provided ever since.

The Cleaning team is well supported by the company and has all materials and equipment available to them whenever they required.  Genie is very organised at arranging cover in rare circumstances of staff absences and the cover provided are well trained and enthusiastic.

We have no plans to make changes to our cleaning contract in the future as we are more than happy with the service they provide.  We highly recommend Genie Cleaning Services to future prospective customers.

We moved our cleaning services to Genie Cleaning in August 2018 and this change from our previous provider has been proved ot be very successful to date.  On the whole the transition was seamless and completed over the 6 weeks holiday which was during the deep clean and work was completed to a very high standard and possibly better than we had experienced previously.
