We have held a contract with Genie Cleaning for over 3 years. Genie tendered for the contract when Birmingham City Council was withdrawing the service CityServe provided. The transition was smooth when Genie took over the existing cleaning team and we have been impressed with the service they have provided ever since.
The Cleaning team is well supported by the company and has all materials and equipment available to them whenever they required. Genie is very organised at arranging cover in rare circumstances of staff absences and the cover provided are well trained and enthusiastic.
We have no plans to make changes to our cleaning contract in the future as we are more than happy with the service they provide. We highly recommend Genie Cleaning Services to future prospective customers.
