We moved our cleaning services to Genie Cleaning in August 2018 and this change from our previous provider has been proved ot be very successful to date. On the whole the transition was seamless and completed over the 6 weeks holiday which was during the deep clean and work was completed to a very high standard and possibly better than we had experienced previously.
Staff provided by Genie Cleaning have proved to be professional and reliable at all times this is with regard to both permanent and temporary cover staff.
We have regular contact with our Operations Manager who deals and responds to any queries in a timely and effective manner.
